Now that it's finally fall I want to share a few of my favorite things for and about this season. It's just so beautiful and colorful out there now! I can't wait until the leaves change color. We've already had some early birds change into their gorgeous red, orange and yellow tones but the rest are still holding on to summer. Besides the color, the changing on the leaves always brings with it one of my favorite activities: jumping in a huge pile of leaves and hearing that crunch. I can't help it, I'm still a kid at heart. Always will be. Anyways, on to my Fall Favorites:
1. Gold Bond Ultimate Eczema Relief Skin Protectant Cream - I just recently purchased this at Target and love it. I usually only use Coconut Oil on my skin since I've got some weird super-dry-then-suddenly-super-oily thing going on but occasionally I do get eczema on my eye lids - of all places! Outch! I only use it at night and it's made my skin and lids a LOT better.
2.Organix: Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo + Conditioner - I've used this for a while now and even got my mom turned on to it. She's super picky about her shampoo and conditioner so trust me when I say this stuff really is awesome. It just gives me a ton of shine and keeps my mane in check a bit more.
3.Chamomile with Lavender Tea - I'm a big tea drinker and am obsessed with Lavender so this tea is right up my alley. It's obviously not just for the Fall season. I drink it with a bit of local honey in the afternoons. Yum!
4. Daylight Savings Time - ok, this you can't buy but I love it. Sure, having sun longer in the day is great and all but there's something about not having to start an Engagement Session at 8pm because Sunset's not until midnight. Yes, slight exaggeration but what I love about Fall is that it gets dark earlier. It's just so cozy!
5. The smell - you could, technically, buy this, I suppose. In the fall, everything is starting to smell so scrumptious! Pies in the oven, chili on the stove, countless scented candles, TURKEY! I've salivating just writing this!
So tell me, what are some of your favorite things for and about fall?
